Thank you so much for the dinner in your home. Actually, this is the first time for me to really enjoy western food, especially in romantic France, to attend your family dinner. I’ve heard one year before from Pro. Philippe that you are a great cook. After tasting your delicious food, I feel that you not only have excellent cooking skills, but also make the food into art, each dish is meaningful, is finely crafted. You are a great creator, and your great idea can be seen in every dish. You can combine Chinese and western cultures, give full play to their respective strengths, and produce exquisite, unique Chinese and western diversified cuisine. The fried dumplings before dinner and the appreciation of artistic and creative works make this dinner special. It enables us to taste different cultures while tasting delicious food. The vision and the stomach were greatly satisfied. It was a feast that I will never forget.
